Too big or too small? Don't worry!

We're here to help you find the perfect outfit for your best night's sleep.

Please note: Exchanges and returns must be processed via our e-shop only—they cannot be made in physical shops.

To process a return, please use the return card included in your parcel. You'll find our address and all the necessary instructions for sending your item back on the reverse side of the card.

3 Steps to an easy Exchange

1. Preparation: Please return the items in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must have the original tags attached and be carefully packed in their transparent bags.
2. Document: Please insert the completed return card into the parcel. Don’t forget to include your address, phone number, and the desired items and sizes for the exchange.
3. Shipping: Send the entire package to our address:

Once we receive your parcel, your new item will be shipped immediately!

Refunds

Would you prefer a refund? Simply write this request on the return card. The amount for the returned items will be refunded to you within 5 to 10 working days, using the original payment method.
