Your order is shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your payment.
We work together with Bpost to guarantee a reliable delivery.
3 delivery options are available to you.
- Receive your parcel at home or at the office.
Please ensure your address is fully specified, including your phone number(s) and email address. - Collect your parcel at a Pick-up point.
Select a pick-up point during your order. When the parcel arrives at the pick-up point, you have 10 days to collect it. If it is not collected within this period, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. - Collect your parcel whenever you wish at a Parcel Locker of your choice.
Are you opting for a locker, Bpack 24/7? You will receive a QR code or a 6-digit code which you must enter to collect your parcel.
Tracking and Delivery
Regardless of the chosen shipping method, you will receive a tracking link allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel online, step by step.
Your parcel is delivered to you without requiring a signature, for greater flexibility.
Delivery Time:
- In Belgium, you can expect a delivery period of 24 to 48 hours after handover to Bpost.
- For customers outside Belgium, the delivery time is 3 to 6 days after handover to Bpost.

The shipping costs are clearly displayed at the moment you confirm your order.
Practical Tip.
To optimise your shipping costs, we recommend grouping all your purchases into a single order. Unfortunately, we cannot merge two separately placed orders, and distinct shipping costs will apply to each one.
